The Head of Building Control Partnership responded to Members questions.
ItwasthenRESOLVEDthat:
1. Councilbe RECOMMENDEDthattheDevonBuildingControl Partnershipbegranteddelegatedauthoritytoundertakefeepaying new homewarrantybuildinginspectionsinadditionto theircurrent scopeof works;and 2. a reportbepresentedinearly2016 tosetout thefuturestrategyfor DevonBuildingControlPartnership.
