discussion, Members raised concerns over the increased proximity of
the units to properties at Deer Leap and in particular numbers 11
and 12. Concerns also raised over the size and scale of the units
deemed to be a variation to that previously approved. The
development being in breach of sections of the Joint Local
plan.
