TheLicensingOfficerproceededtopresent the reasons why this application was brought to committee.

TheChairmanannouncedthe decision as follows:

“Members of the Licensing Sub-Committee have considered very carefully your application for a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence.

The Committee has decided to REFUSE your application for a Joint Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver Licence.
