to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Licensing Committee held on 18 January 2024 and the Licensing Sub-Committee meeting held on 18 April 2024;

to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;
